Review What Your Role, Responsibilities And Boundaries As A Teacher Would Be In Terms Of The Teaching/Training Cycle.

This document is to review and outline some of the roles, responsibilities and boundaries in my carry it away as a tutor, trainer and practitioner, within belief in terms of the training cycle. The teaching cycle helps us to prepare what is going to be taught in the lesson and how is going to be taught and it is shared into five main categories; identify needs, excogitation and design, confront/facilitate, assess, evaluate. In 1987 Neil Fleming individualised disagreeent approaches to study skills and suggested VAK as a comment which categorise three types of learners and thitherfore three types of learning styles; the optical learner which prefers to learn through seeing, the Aural learner which prefers auditory sensory system and discussing and the Kinaesthetic learner which prefers a more to-do approach. We cast the lesson at the planning stage, considering the discordent types of learners and need that we will be encountering and therefore preparing a les son that is flexible and changeable depending on the requirements, in found to give a positive learning experience. A well structured plan for the subject to teach is essential, come through we also need a plan for the logistic of the day, in which room will the teaching be and the layout of the room, knowing where to origin upon the necessary resources, where to find the toilets in the buildings or where is the cafeteria in the school, if there is one. Knowing the needs and planning the lesson are a primal part of a teaching cycle and if covered fitly they help in the delivery of the session. Depending on the subject taught and on the learner approach, the style of delivery could and sometimes will differ but it always need to encourage the learner to be creative and independent.
